I'm happy to see you received Social Hub. Social Hub allows you to add friends to your friends list so you can send them lives. The code from Social Hub doesn't add players to your team. (more info on Social Hub here and here)
So if you'd like to add players to your team, you'd need to share your Team code and not the Social Hub code on this thread about Teams.
However, If you'd like to share your Social Hub code, feel free to do so in threads dedicated to adding new friends, like these:
