Which prizes you didn't receive? The 2 supersonic lollipops or all the prizes of the cake event? You did finish 19 levels right? After you finish one layer of cake do you get any prize?

I remember that last time you are in jail and left two levels to complete the last layer of cake. So maybe the reason is you are in jail and won't receive the prizes of last layer of cake, is it correct? Sorry as I thought you will receive your prizes although you are in jail.

@Kerrie if a person is in jail of the cake event, although his team member finish the cake, the person who is in jail won't be receive anything as long as he is still in jail, am I correct?

No you have to finish a tier for prizes. Only thing I didn't get was super sonic lolipop not in my pc or mobile.

I have no idea.???? From the above comments it sounds like if you're in jail you won't get the prizes.???? I never thought about that.

I think to avoid such situation next time I will try to release them first then only finish the cake.
