I tried to file a complaint through the app but all i vein cos they kept refering me to this website.

Hy everyone, please i need help, I restarted my game (candy crush soda saga) last week by clearing data from all devices and since then my weekly score stopped incrementing. Please someone should help me on what do or how to reach someone that can help me. Thank you.
