New phone, account won't transfer

I got a new phone & I've been trying to play my king games where I left off but whenever I try to login it says there's no account associated with my email so I can't just reset my pw either... PLEASE HELP

Just confirming... did you make sure that the email address you entered is the one you usually use? A letter might have been misplaced or you are missing a digit or a letter or a punctuation, etc.!! I did that mistake couple of times before, hence asking????
