Your player profile is essential. It stores your progress in the games you play and any items you have purchased, such as Gold Bars. If you have a King account, it will also include your entire purchase history and your “friends list”.
Please note that once your data is removed, the action is irreversible. It is essential you consider it carefully before deciding to delete your account. If you do, you will lose your progress, friends list (King account only), as well as any items you got for free or purchased in our games. Should you decide to return in the future, it will mean starting over again from the first level.
To delete your account, please open your King game and head over to our Help Center by tapping on the question mark (or the Help Center/Customer Care button in Settings, and click on the article How do I delete my player account?
When we receive your request, we will need you to provide additional information before we can delete your account. We will send you an email with the requisite details and keep in touch with you until your request is completed.
